Day 134 – (15th Jan) – Queenstown

28 02 2011

Unsurprisingly we were absolutely exhausted this morning – it took till midday before we could face the drifters that inhabited our hostel and Queenstown as a whole. We are yet to meet a Kiwi in this place. Everyone who works in the service industry is from England or Scotland or Germany or Sweden or Holland or Australia, but never New Zealand. I don’t blame the Kiwi’s, I don’t like this place – Jen found it OK.

Anyway, we spent the afternoon on the Luge track up the back of Queenstown and went to the best mini golf course ever (or at least that I have seen).
