Day Ninety Eight (10th Dec) – Pucon

19 12 2010

From the boat, Puerto Montt looked like a dump, but after disembarking at 10am and seeing it up close, it looked like a hole. After lunch with a few of our fellow passengers, we did the only sensible thing and jumped on a bus to Pucon.

The scenery had changed dramatically. From the bus window it would be easy to mistake what you saw for the glorious British countryside. Lush green grass, mosses, deciduous forests, hedges, sheep and Friesians.
